The Pro Shop cannot take any cancellations.  The following is the only way to cancel your Wednesday tee time.

If you’ve signed up to play and you can’t make your time, you must call (508) 896-1716 ext. 211 by Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. and leave a message that you won’t be playing. Crossing your name off the schedule on the bulletin board in the club house is not acceptable. You must call in all cancellations to the 211 extension.

If you don’t follow this procedure, after receiving a warning, you will not be scheduled the next time you sign up to play. Further problems will result in even more severe penalties.
