Now what?<br \/>\n<\/strong>You still need to fill out an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccmga.com\/application.pdf?2026\">application<\/a> and send a check.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much are the dues?<\/strong><br \/>\n$25 per year, payable by check made out to <strong>CCMGA<\/strong>. You are also encouraged to support the CCMGA scholarship fund with a donation of your choice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where do I send my check?<\/strong><br \/>\nMail the application and check to:<br \/>\nCCMGA<br \/>\nP.O.
