{"id":195,"date":"2010-02-17T11:01:49","date_gmt":"2010-02-17T16:01:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ccmga.com\/blog\/?p=195"},"modified":"2010-02-17T11:01:49","modified_gmt":"2010-02-17T16:01:49","slug":"captains-membership-forms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccmga.com\/blog\/2010\/02\/captains-membership-forms\/","title":{"rendered":"Captains Membership Forms"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Membership forms for the upcoming season are now available at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.captainsgolfcourse.com\/info\/applications.php\">CaptainsGolfCourse.com<\/a> along with separate applications for the Men&#8217;s and Women&#8217;s Associations.<\/p>\n<p>The Brewster Resident membership rate remains at $700 for 2010, the non-resident rate is $1500.<\/p>\n<p>There is a new lower &#8220;member cart rate&#8221; of $15 (for 18 holes) and $8 (for 9 holes).\u00c2\u00a0 These cart rates are effective immediately.\u00c2\u00a0 There were a few daily fee increases this year.\u00c2\u00a0 During the peak season, the &#8220;back nine&#8221; rate was increased to $35 and the afternoon rate was increased to $50.\u00c2\u00a0 You can see all of the rates on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.captainsgolfcourse.com\/content\/rates\/\">Captains site<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There is a new membership class for &#8220;Non-resident Brewster Taxpayers&#8221; for $700.\u00c2\u00a0 There is a separate application form for this class.\u00c2\u00a0 Here are the details.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The applicant must have an ownership interest in the Brewster property in order to be eligible for Non-Resident Brewster Taxpayer AFP status. If the AFP applicant is not listed as an owner of the property by name according to the Brewster Town Assessors records, he\/she must provide documentation indicating his\/her ownership interest in the property.
