{"id":246,"date":"2010-05-11T17:01:01","date_gmt":"2010-05-11T21:01:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ccmga.com\/blog\/?p=246"},"modified":"2010-06-04T19:16:04","modified_gmt":"2010-06-04T23:16:04","slug":"ccmga-twilight-league","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ccmga.com\/blog\/2010\/05\/ccmga-twilight-league\/","title":{"rendered":"CCMGA Twilight League"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>UPDATE:<\/strong> The twilight league roster has been filled.\u00c2\u00a0 However, if you are interested in being a &#8220;sub&#8221;, <strong>please <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccmga.com\/blog\/contact-us\">contact us<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #008000;\">The CCMGA Twilight League is moving to Monday!<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>1.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 \tWe are looking for 48 players plus subs to form 24 two-man teams  to  \tplay on <strong>Monday afternoons <\/strong>during June, July and August.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 \tPlayers will be paired on a first come, first served basis and  put  \tinto the appropriate flight based on handicaps.\u00c2\u00a0 Two players may  sign-up as  \ta team if desired.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 \tWith full subscription, we will create four flights of six teams   \teach, arranged by handicap.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 \tEach team will play the other teams in their flight twice with  two  \tadditional position rounds for a total of 12 rounds per team.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 \tA $25 one time entry fee will be required at sign-up which will  be  \tused for prizes that will be awarded at the end of the season.<\/p>\n<p>6.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 \tCompetition will be match play (details to follow).\u00c2\u00a0 Team  standings  \twill be posted each week.<\/p>\n<p>7.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 \tReserved tee times will be assigned so that individuals will not  need  \tto call in for reservations.<\/p>\n<p>8.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 \tTee times will be posted on Friday for the matches to be played  on Monday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You must  \tbecome a CCMGA member to sign-up for this new opportunity to have some  fun  \tplaying golf and perhaps to meet new people at the Captains Course.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>If you  \twould like to sign-up for the league, please <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccmga.com\/blog\/contact-us\/\">contact us<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 Please include your name,   \tmember #, and phone number.\u00c2\u00a0 Also, please include your partner&#8217;s name  and  \tinformation if you will be signing up as a team.\u00c2\u00a0 If you only want to  be a  \tsub, please indicate so.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UPDATE: The twilight league roster has been filled.\u00c2\u00a0 However, if you are interested in being a &#8220;sub&#8221;, please contact us.
